「The stay was adequate and the SPA service recommendable as always (this is the second time we've been here), but this time around we did leave w/ a bitter taste. My wife had an unfortunate incident during the night of monday 7/6 when a hotel staff entered our room when my wife was in the bathroom and unpresentable. We brought this up w/ the night-shift staff in the reception as well as the manager on duty the next day, but we didn't receive any convincing feedback that this unfortunate incident...

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
