“The stay was adequate and the SPA service recommendable as always (this is the second time we've been here), but this time around we did leave w/ a bitter taste. My wife had an unfortunate incident during the night of monday 7/6 when a hotel staff entered our room when my wife was in the bathroom and unpresentable. We brought this up w/ the night-shift staff in the reception as well as the manager on duty the next day, but we didn't receive any convincing feedback that this unfortunate incident……

“Fue una experiencia EPIC. Nuestro grupo disfruto cada momento de nuestra estadía NUESTRA servidora en el restaurante, Olga fue una excelente host. La comida top. El ambiente en el área de la piscina un poco no satisfechos puesto que no había iluminación para cuando estuvimos allí por la noche. Estaba muy silencio, nos hizo falta la música. Disfrutamos de nuestra estadia! En cuanto al cobro, vemos en el recibo un cargo adicional de $42. Por extra guest. Creo esto fue innecesario ya que se……

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”
