“It is close to local shops. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quick access to the airport. Not enough kids entertainment.”

“Bella struttura. Scarsa manutenzione”

“Limpieza Amabilidad personal”

“Very family friendly with baby, mini, maxi and junior clubs. Our two went to mini and junior each day and loved it. The animation team are great. We were half-board. The breakfasts were good. We swapped our evening meal for lunch each day. This allowed us to visit one of the many restaurants surrounding the hotel each evening before heading back for mini disco.”

“This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed……

“Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally helpful staff! Nothing was too much trouble and the bbq was excellent! They made such a special effort for my vegetarian daughter too! We’ll definitely be back”

“The place is stunning! It is a very special place with people that love to have people to stay and have the best time. It is a personal stay, very relaxed and calming. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! We will 100% return!”

“Our second stay at Los Zocos (5-12 July) following a trip there in Feb of this year. It was much busier this time compared to February. The only downside was the race to get a parasol in the morning. One family was getting up at 5:30 to secure theirs and we ended up having to get up between 6:00-6:30 to find a decent spot. It was hot so we needed a parasol to stay by the main pool all day. The quiet pool is less busy though. That was the only negative. LOCATION Just amazing. A couple of minutes……

“El hotel en el centro de teguise es precioso, algo mágico, el personal atento, amable . Lo recomiendo .”

“We love this unique hotel run by Jose Antonio. The entire staff is so wonderful! It’s our third year staying here. They offer a daily breakfast. Each room is uniquely designed. We were a little disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly and smelled of mold. There are additions being made to the hotel and we are excited to see the new rooms and pool. Well be back again next year!”

Posizione eccellente. Camera vista mare ventilata e luminosa. Molto apprezzato la zona lavanderia e stireria in autoservizio direttamente presso l'hotel.”

“A perfect stay, really quiet, in a very nice area. The little apertamente is cozy and comfortable, private and discrete.”

“THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. The staff are very helpful, cannot fault them. The breakfast buffet offered everything and was delicious. The gym was adequate. Only……
