「Room was clean although air conditioner seemed not to work properly. Pool and casino were clean but pool should be enlarged.」

「Everything was great, just couldn’t borrow an Iron, and for the 2 days we didn’t get the room cleaned up(not sure if that is a given service during the stay) 」

「Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm.」
