The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”

“What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. I highly recommend a stay at this house!”

“We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything.”

“This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!”

“The place was beautifully decorated and clean. It was well equipped; we lacked for nothing. The owners were very responsive when the wifi connection temporarily/briefly went out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this place to any and all.”

“Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot.”

“The house was very nice and clean, with all new appliances and a nice outdoor space! The only problem was the door to the place was super hard to find and it took us walking around the property for a while trying to find it. Overall great host and great house would definitely go again!”
