「Very special hotel. However, reception staff are not too friendly.」

「Room was very clean. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast is a bonus. Carlos on the bar was lovely. As an overnight stay on route to another destination this fitted the bill. I’d stay here again. 」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa..
