Hier kann man sich gut erholen. Die Lage ist super, ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein.

Falsche Übergabe Angabe vom Veranstalter

Die Kontaktaufnahme war ein Fiasko. Beide Tel.- Nr. waren falsche. Erst keine Reaktion, dann die Antwort: Irrtum. Wir vermieten unser Haus nicht. Gottseidank war dann der Eigentümer vor Ort und die Übergabe war problemlos. Weiteres Manko: Der nicht vorhandene Schlüsselkasten. Das wäre schon heftig gewesen, wenn der Eigentümer nicht anwesend gewesen wäre. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Sehr freundliche Vermieter,

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Guissény!Ein schönes Haus mit allem Drum und Dran. In der Tat! 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt.Es war super ruhig und entspannt.Wir haben einfach keine guten Erfahrungen mit Belvilla gemacht!Wir wollten Handtuch- und Bettwäschepakete buchen, aber auf der Website wurden 4,00 € pro Paket für die Handtücher angegeben. Aber die angegebenen Bettwäschepakete € 8,00 pro Person und Tag! Das würde allein für die Bettwäsche für 4 Personen 448,00 € kosten. Das ist natürlich ein lächerlicher Betrag.Wir haben Belvilla zweimal angerufen. Das erste Mal sagte mir eine Dame, dass es so sein wird, wie es auf der Website steht. Sie konnte nicht nachfragen. Diese Dame arbeitete anscheinend von zu Hause aus, da im Hintergrund ein Kind weinte. Nach einem Monat rief ich erneut an und bekam einen belgischen Herrn ans Telefon, der mir auch nicht helfen konnte. Ich glaube, er hat mich 15 Mal junge Dame genannt. Ich habe ihm klar gesagt, dass ich 58 bin und keine junge Dame. Er konnte auch nichts für mich tun. Wenn ich nur den ganzen Betrag bezahlen müsste, dann habe ich alle Informationen über das Haus und die Eigentümer bekommen, das war 3 Monate vor der Abreise. Er fragte auch, ob ich ihm gut geholfen hätte. Ich fragte ihn, was denkst du? Erst als wir 6 Wochen vor Abreise den vollen Betrag bezahlt hatten, schickten wir eine E-Mail an die Eigentümer des Hauses und wir erhielten innerhalb von 2 Minuten eine Nachricht, dass 8,00 € ein lächerlicher Betrag seien und dass es pro Paket sein müsste. Dann über den Eigentümer Bettlakenpakete bestellt.Wir haben in den letzten Jahren mehrere Häuser bei Ihnen gebucht. Schade für Belvilla, aber wir buchen nicht mehr bei Ihnen.

Super cooles Haus mit großen Schlafzimmern und geräumigem Badezimmer, gemütlicher Einrichtung, in wunderschöner Lage in Strandnähe. Vollständig umzäunter Garten, ideal für den Hund. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Ideal zum Wandern/Radfahren. Absolut empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende. Einziger Nachteil: wenige Geschäfte/Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir haben ein belebtes Zentrum in Gehweite vermisst.
