“The stay at the “mermaid” house was fantastic from arrival through departure!! The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities! The open floor plan was ideal! And location, location, location!! We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Oh, and almost every business is pet friendly! We would highly recommend this place to family and friends!”

“This was a great little spot. There's probably nothing you could want to eat or drink that wasn't about a 7 minute walk away. From donuts, to tacos, to sandwiches, to ribs, beer, wine, liquor... it was all in walking distance.. We had a good time for our weekend get away. Parking at the cottage was a bit tricky but it was a wonderful overall experience. ”

“Property was well stocked with all our needs, comfortable. Enjoyed screened in porch for meals and relaxing. Be ready to walk up and down a lot of steps! Kept us in shape! ”

“Property Owner is an amazing host. He was very knowledgeable about the area and enabled us to do activities everyday. The house was extremely clean and had any amenities you would need already provided! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be coming back again to stay here!”

“Our second time staying here. My husband had easy access to put his boat in and fish. My kids enjoyed hunting for crabs, skim boarding and throwing the ball for our dog in the bay. Great location to walk to the grocery store and the shops and restaurants in Port St Joe. My kids love bunk bed set up. Kitchen is very user friendly, we ate in and cooked most nights. Keepers restaurant next door was very good. Booking agents were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back again.”
