“Perfect! We stayed over 4th of July weekend and couldn't have had a better spot. The screened in porch and doggie pen were great amenities. We travel with our pups and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The shower is also a bonus, great water pressure. Thank you Ashley for your quick responses and for being so friendly. Your place is a gem and we would love to come back sometime!”

“Awesome piece of property and close to all your needs and the beach & right on the Bay with a small ramp , a large deck with a gazebo and a fish cleaning station. Ample parking. The only downside is if you have anything larger than a 26’ you will play heck getting backed into the spot. Trees and bushes need a serious trimming to make this an ease. Drive thru is questionable unless you have a four wheel drive and the right tires. Very heavy sandy area makes it difficult to drive thru…… this is my……

“We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path. Beach currently is short so we have to go to the left or right of beach entrance but it was ok with us. Just wanted to put in a heads up in the……
