「Good hotel, I would like to go again」

「Expedia's reservation process does NOT make it clear that in spite of their "We are different, fees and taxes are included in our prices" is NOT true. When we checked in the hotel demanded $165 more (I did know thatthey had a $100 'refundable deposit') but thought that when I paid Expedia's charge that I had paid completely. 「The room was clean and the manager was friendly. The front desk staff wasn’t as welcoming but there seemed to be a language barrier which could have affected the interaction. I’d stay here again.」
