“The unit was very clean. Information was helpful. The kitchen was adequately supplied. The area was quiet as compared to other parts of the town.”

“Host was nice and the condo was cozy and clean! There is a Winn Dixie within less than 5min walk and the beach was very easy to access with a nearby crosswalk. ”

“The condo public areas had been nicely renovated, new windows and sliders were great except for the death trap threshold sticking up 4 inches to trip you going in and out. We Managed to avoid injury by covering this with a hand towel to draw attention to it. No one warned us about the renovation next door. The noise was horrendous! Also, no one warned us that the second bedroom and bathroom was so tiny! You could not sit on commode with out bumping elbows and hips. Weather was awesome!……

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people……
