“This unit was a corner unit. The view of the beach was good. I loved that t had comfortable seats on the balcony. I coud sit in the shade on the balcony and enjoy the beach scene and time of day. It is on the 15th floor which made it high enough off the ground to not be so noisy, but did not take too long for the elevator to arrive. The unit was quiet, cool, and comfrontable. It was clean and well stocked. Parking was in a parking garage across the street but has a bridge walk across. Very safe.……

“Upon arrival the room smelled of strong smoke. There was poop on the toilet and bathroom door. Sheets were covered in sand on all beds. Handles and pulls were grimy and sticky. There was hair, dust, and items from previous renters. The couch was so old that we weren’t even comfortable sitting on it because of how grossed out we were. We immediately started searching for another place because it was just not what the reviews said. I reached out to the host to let them know how bad it was and they……

“Our stay in PCB was excellent. We had plenty of easy parking ,check- in was easy with the email link and communications were a breeze.Condo was super comfortable and had an amazing view of the beach. The closet flull of beach chairs, floats and towels made it easy to explore other nearby beaches. Great selection of pots/pans and coffee makers in the kitchen- we didn’t need a thing. Appreciate the hospitality! THanks!”

“We booked this unit for a last minute anniversary trip and was not disappointed. The master bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Unit kind of smelled like mildew when we first arrived but was overall pretty clean. It was our first time staying at aquavista and it was not crowded at all and super laid back. The pool was cold (not heated like we were told) so we didn’t get to use it but I would book this property again! ”
