Overall the property is as it appears in the pictures, however the walk to the beach is NOT 4 minutes. The walk to SEE the beach and the ocean is about 4 minutes, but the access point to get to the beach (without walking through peoples properties) is about 14 minutes. There is no street parking for you to drive and the house did not have a golf cart at this time (rentals are ridiculous $$). We were very disappointed in that part as we have never not stayed directly on the beach, but this was last minute and since they said it was so close we thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Upon entering the house, the first thing we noticed was the couch. To say it was disgusting is an understatement... it looked like someone had thrown up on it + it was falling apart and every time you sat on it, it sounded like it would collapse. I immediately sent pictures to the property mgmt. and they said it would be cleaned AFTER we left. The response was quick and they apologized, but I would have appreciated something being done about it right away, but I didn't push it since we brought blankets and I just covered it up. Gross. The rest of the house is in serious need of a DEEP CLEAN. There are cobwebs and dust everywhere, the showers/tubs have mold in the grout, and all the furniture is worn out/dirty. I did quite a bit of sanitizing myself! Overall, if you want to be close to the beach and like a clean space...look elsewhere.
