“We traveled from out of town to celebrate milestones with family members. We figured this location was good to accommodate the different locations of family members. However, we were not aware of the “repairs” in their renovation process. It made the hallways look rundown and dingy. The front staff was difficult at times to locate but other staff members accommodated in their absence. Housekeeping was very attentive to our many needs and i appreciated their service. “This is our third stay with you. Everything was good, but the sink did not drain properly, and the toilet had something loose. The staff member in the breakfast area was friendly and greeted us, she had the items organized and the area was nice and clean.”

“This is usually the place I stay when I go to Michigan. This time, however, was very disappointing because the elevator was broken and I was put on the 3rd floor. If I were younger and in better health it wouldn't have been a problem. Thankfully another guest carried my suitcase upstairs for me.”

“It’s Marshall so wasn’t expecting much , but was good for price and felt safe there. Beds were decent, pillows were great. Shower took 5-6 min to warm up, but I like the soaps and shampoo bottles vs the little sample sizes. Pool worked for my son and liked the full breakfast. Women at breakfast was super friendly. Front desk/check in was quick. ”
