「Not worth even half what we paid. Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet...

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「This is an older facility. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Furniture is used and dated. The setting is pretty with lawns and places to sit outside and a fire pit.」

「The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay any season. The dark sky is amazing. Both the South and North rims of The Black Canyon of the Gunnison are very accessable along with off road opportunities. They have a great restaurant and during the summer, entertainment and snowmobiles in the winter. Lots of Aspen viewing. Small enough to be intimate yet privacy is respected. Nice get away. Thank you to all the staff for making our support retreat refreshing.」

「Super clean, new, simple but nice rooms, great breakfast. Exactly what we needed and a good value.」

「This hotel has not been updated for at least 20 years. Stayed here 20 years ago. It is now one or two star dirty halls, dirty carpets even dirty rooms. We had a desk in our room that hardly allowed enough room between the wall and the desk to get to our beds. Showers are showing age sinks are missing parts and overall just a dismal experience would not recommend staying here ever again.」

「We arrived at the check-in time of 4 pm and were told the condo wasn't ready, with no estimate of when it would be ready. Ultimately, we were not able to check in until 7 pm! That was very poor service and unacceptable. Think how ridiculous that is! The description of our unit said that there is no elevator. However, we weren't expecting the unit to be four floors up. Beware that when combined with our three-level condo, the master bedroom was six floors up! We were definitely huffing and...
