We are not allowed to check-in due to the counter staff not happy us enquiring them if our room booking is included breakfast or not. The stupid staff seems the boss talked to me he felt that he was insulted so he refused us to check-in. Tried to seek help from Expedia' hot line but it was unsuccessful at that time. About struggling with them for about 2 hours, finally, the counter staff assisted us to get another hotel nearby check-in and further promised by the Counter they would refund us through the Expedia. So poor.

We do not have a reservation with breakfast.
We offer a non-booking free simple breakfast for all guests.
But you insisted that breakfast was included in your reservation,
you did not even believe our evidence (booking confirmation).
You tried to contact the Hong Kong Customer Center (you are Chinese)
It was a failure.(Because it was probably Saturday)
And you asked for a refund of the breakfast costs or a breakfast for the price.
If we refuse your request, you have told us that you will go to another hotel.
And we refused your request as a principle and then you asked us to introduce another hotel.
We have booked another hotel for you.
But you said that you would just stay at our hotel with a whim,
We have refused your check-in because we have already booked at another hotel.
Honestly, we are tired too much because of the unnecessary 2 hour debate.
Perhaps you have seen a lot of comments about breakfast in our hotel reviews, so you would have thought that your reservation included breakfast for sure.
However, all our reservations are certainly not breakfast.
The breakfast served so far is a free breakfast which is not included in the cost.
Before complaining, you will need a clear understanding of your booking.

Very Good
Good location, few minute to Intercity Bus Terminal & Express Bus Terminal. Staff is cold but nice. Room big enough. Bed comfortable. Breakfast (include bread, milk, juice, egg, jam, banana) smple but good.
All of staffs can speak English. The bed is very comfortable. They have many choices for breakfast and very deliciously. It also is very full breakfast.
The room are very clean and big.

Unforgettable experience
Never take the choice of this terrible hotel ! Stupid management and rude front desk. Around the corner, numerous nice hotel can be chosen. Just besides, Icon motel is far better than them. Although price is a little bit expensive, service is perfect.

Nice hotel with convenient location. ConvenieNear to bus terminus, room is big and clean, bed is comfortable. Unexpectedly, there is a sauna room to use.
1. Good location.
The hotel is near the bus terminal.
2. Nice staff
They are helpful and can understand English well.
3. Big and well-equipped room
The room is spacious with basic stuff, a big TV, computer and refrigerator that you can freely get the drinks inside.
Close to bus stations and get a ride to KTX station for free

comfortable room and delicious breakfast
very satisfied with the hotel room - cheap price , very clean and big bright room with comfortable beds, a sofa and table! toilet is big too but no place for hanging clothes and towels ( the only defect). Hair dryer and fridge are provided with 2 free juice cans and 2 bottles of water every day! Breakfast is delicious: choice of sandwiches or sushi rolls with yogart and fruit, and juice or coffee

Clean, comfortable and good location
Hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is great too. The staff speak little English but are still helpful.

We are really sorry if communication is inconvenient during stay in our hotel
We have an very skilled English-speaking staff at Main Time (AM08;00 - PM18;00)
At other times, there are staff who can speak simple English.
It would be impossible to find a hotel that all staff speaks English perfectly at this price level in Gyeongju,
Furthermore as guest say, providing even a clean and comfortable.
However, we will try not to inconvenience communication also in other times zones.
