“It was a wonderful stay in the cruise, the tour included some sightseeing in the nearby islands and we got to try kayaking. The cruise has its own small tender boat to transport passengers to and from the cruise to port and small islands. The tourguide, also the cruise manager, spoke good English and took care of each passenger well. The tour covered all meals on the cruise, hotel-level breakfast, lunch and dinner. “There are just 1 to 2 lobby staff helping for check in.Although the female staff is patient and friendly but the hotel quality is damn lousy.When we all family arrived in hotels,there didn't any porter come to help us carry the luggage.In room,TV is broken,toilet obstruction.Besides,there is not any multifuction plug in room.The toilet of lobby and dining floor didn't get door,it is terrible and embarass.The price is not cheap but the hotel quality is suck!”

“We are a group of 3 staying in a tripod room. Excellent value for money for this 2 days 1 night package. The staff was really nice and speaks good English. “Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, eine Nacht in der Halongbay zu bleiben, da am Abend und Morgen die Massen an Touristen etwas weniger sind. Im Gesamt muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Bucht völlig überlaufen ist, was wirklich schade ist. Auf dem Boot hat aber alles gepasst, Essen war gut und der Service auch. Abholung vom Hotel in Hanoi und Retour hat perfekt geklappt, allerdings sind die An- und Abreise von Hanoi sehr zeitaufwendig. Nicht wegen der langen Fahrzeit (das wussten wir vorher, das……

“El servicio es en general muy bueno, empezando por el tema incluído desde el hotel de Hanoi. El barco y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La comida fue variada y de buena calidad. El programa de actividades es un poco básico y no incluyo un paseo en kajak que hicieron otros barcos.
