Front desk staff did a fantastic job helping coordinate shipping missing luggage from a previous hotel as well. I’ll be staying here any time I’m in Nagasaki. ありがとござえましゅた！"

The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky! "Our tatami room was incredibly dirty, dusty and bathroom wS leaking n smelly. Bathroom near dining room, water leaked around the toulet when flushed. Sests stuck to dining room floors because floors were vrimy n sticky. When i showed the staff at the front desk, pictures of the grimy tib, they only apologizedand said the hotel is old. We have stayed in 400 yo lodgings in narita, rome and venice that were clean! I wish i could show u puctures that i took! "
