“We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay”

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was fantastic, though I had a minor issue with water leaking from the bathroom in the room I stayed in previously. This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The room was well appointed. While it didn’t have a view, the upside was……

“We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night. The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. ”

“It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. ”

“1. Check-in以及入住過程相當順利愉快。室內環境整潔舒適，也非常安靜。床雖然軟，但真的很舒服，沒有一般軟床腰酸背痛的不適感。同時，浴室內有熱水暖氣管架，非常適合用來晾乾衣服。 2. 飯店位置離U-bahn Spittelmarkt步行約5分鐘，距離U-bahn Stadtmitte步行約10分鐘，最近的Lidl超市步行5分鐘。都還是可以接受的步行範圍。 3. 位置在博物館島旁邊，步行過去也是很舒適的距離。”

“前台绝对是暖男，任何问题都特别耐心的解答，他没有帮到忙还和我们道歉。给了免费的早餐券，人真的很nice，德国人都是这么好么？哈哈哈，酒店卫生，入住的人也非常的友好。距离市中心也不远，步行半小时就到了，省去了地铁票钱，总之就是下次去柏林的唯一选择”
