「We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

「Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . 」

「For the most part this is a truly excellent family run guest house and I can definitely recommend this spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well appointed place to stay in the quiet residential area of the town. The house is located midway between the town centre with its public transport interchange and the seafront with its attraction and beach both are about 10 to 15 minute walk away.」

「This is a small hotel, feels family run and we came for our son's graduation from Newcastle University. He was living in Jesmond so this hotel was a perfect location. The staff made this stay, they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us early check in and were so kind and helpful to my mother in law, who has mobility issues. Absolutely outstanding breakfast too, included in the price. Well done Osborne hotel!」
