"A lovely clean, spacious and modern hotel in walking distance of Hakata main station. Clean, safe and quiet local area and would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."

"Next time I wouldn’t want to stay on lounge and onsen floor, and not next to elevator as it was very loud at times. Generally room was fine and bathroom and toilet and sink were good. Lots of outlets to plug things in, but connections at the plug were a tad loose. Lounge with drinks and view was very nice but juice/pop machine were out of order which was too bad. Had a very nice hot chocolate there and watched the city. Check out was very quick which I appreciated and it was a quick 10 min walk...
