“Our stay was incredible, beautiful setting and lovely facilities. We made use of the spa facilities, golf course, bar and restaurant. Our room was fabulous and can’t fault any of it. We parked the car up and didn’t move it for 24 hours :) ”

“Great hotel in a quiet village within an easy drive to the coast. We paid for early check in which made our overnight stay last a bit longer and gave us a base to explore nearby beaches. “The building is old (!), so the rooms are high ceiling and large. The decoration is highly original and eclectic. Our room was ready on time and well appointed and clean and comfortable. “Hotel is older style, with large room. I was particularly impressed with the modernisation of the ensuite and very modern techno shower. Good size enclosed walk in shower and decent water temperature. I dined as a party of 8 in the bar area, food was very good and decent choice on the menu. Staff very helpful and made lockable arrangements for my cycle overnight. I took advantage of the 6.30am breakfast start which was excellent and good choice on the menu. No real downside experienced.”

“In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle.
