“1. Check in instructions were difficult between 2 rental units2. Stayed 2 nights and stay was interrupted both days with workers on site and accessing garage directly connected to rented property3. Odor from water was terrible... once you took a shower, you had to leave property because smell was unbearable.4. This unit should not be rented as is....”

“Truly exceptional accommodations in a serene environment. I can’t wait to stay here again!”

“I can not say enough on how perfect this cabin was ,myself and my sister where in Nova Scotia to lay our father to rest we first stayed in Scott’s Bay in a brand new build right on the Bay of Funday it was very pretty but did not give us the relaxation that we needed,we where finally able to relax and find some peace and take in the beauty of St.Margrets bay,the hot tub was the perfect place to relax and take in the view, thank you to the host for providing a little bit of peace in a not so……

“The property was very clean. We were met by our host Chris on arrival who gave us a quick tour of the cottage and information about the area. Chris was very flexible, allowing us to check in a bit early. He even provided 2 playpens/play yards for our Grandchildren to sleep in. Several 3 piece bathrooms were available with plenty of hot water as well as some colouring books & bubbles for the toddlers. The basement games room was a real bonus on rainy days. There was plenty of space for our party……

“Outstanding property and very comfortable beds. Our son in law is a mechanic and loved the old cars in the back of the property. Not to mention the stream that runs along the property. Stunning Day Lillies throughout the property and beautiful landscaping. No details were missed…..lots of books for reading, DVD’s, kitchen fully stocked including the lobster utensils! All the comforts of home away from home. Thank you for the unique experience. 10/10”

“Pictures don’t due this location justice…beautiful spot Karl and Holly”

“Great location, historic home, amazing views, walk to everything!”

“It’s a nice spot and great location as it’s not too far from Halifax. A short drive to Peggy’s Cove and Mahone Bay. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable. It has beach access and we used the salt water heated hot tub all three night.”

“We had a wonderful stay at cottage cheese too! The cottage was perfect for our family of four and we loved the lakefront view and being able to swim and explore the lake. Check-in was easy and everything in the property was clearly labeled, which made it easy for us to find things and get the stuff we needed. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.”

“Awesome cabin, great staff who were welcoming and helpful. Great location close to all major attractions”
