「The problem with this rental is a lack of adequate heat. We arrived on a bitterly cold December night a few days before Christmas. Our two adult children stayed with my dad at his house in Goldthwaite and my husband and I rented this house for ourselves, A cold front had blown in. The temperature that night and for the next couple of nights would get down to around 12 degrees. The house was frigid and, to our dismay, there was no central heat. 「The prep and cleanliness of the place is top notch. The property is huge, we were able to play soccer too, its that huge. The pond behind the property is a place you want to have morning coffee. There are also many many games for adults as well as kids to use. Cornhole, darts and many more. I would say a best place for big family gatherings, ample parking, quite place, no issues of neighbors.」
