「The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. We also enjoyed the lack of TV/electronics as it was a good way to enjoy the scenery and unplug for the weekend. We did have to bring our own linens and towels which would...

「Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! 」

「Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another. Cooking supplies were ample, parking was good, relaxing either in the living room or on the deck were both great. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I to have a few days' break with our grand...

「We had a great stay at this location. The hosts were very accommodating and always were available if needed. The place has a great view of the lake and there is a dock if you want to kayak or swim. We had 4 people and felt that it was plenty comfortable. I would recommend this place to stay and would stay again.」
