“We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Bluestone Cottage. While the house certainly retains many of its 300-year-old historical details, it also has all the modern conveniences we could have wanted, and endless amounts of charm. The kitchen is laid out to make it easy for multiple people to work at once, and the appliances are new and easy to use. There is a butcher block on the counter with very nice set of sharp knives, and crock and drawer full of all kinds of cooking utensils. A……

“the property is beautiful and clean, the space is comfortable and cozy, and the atmosphere is to die for! right on the water we were able to bird watch and light a fire in the evening. we had absolutely amazing time the only negative is we hadn’t stayed longer the host made everything easy and included the perfect guide to the house.”

“The place sits nicely in the woods and has a very rural feel, but is close to main roads so one hears them. That's the only disadvantage, and for some it won't matter. The house has everything you need and a good vibe. They appreciate their 1970's architecture and work with it respectfully. There's every possible type of AC and fan combo, so comfort is ensured.”
