“Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, lovely dining, great bar, very helpful staff. However it could probably just do with a bit of a face lift. Lots of things that a now found as standard in modern hotels to make your stay a little more comfortable are missing… ”

“Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms.”

After spending almost another hour parking at backdoor car park with proper payment of parking fees, you then receive a 100 pound parking ticket erroneously in the middle of night one week later !! ”
