The main level features soaring ceilings, windows on all sides, large open living and dining areas, and a contemporary kitchen. The living room directly faces the pool, cedar deck, and a manicured garden and outdoor shower.
THE HOUSE
The home's main floor has an ensuite master bedroom and two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a half bath that has direct access to the pool.
On the main floor is a bright open living, dining & kitchen with soaring ceilings. A beautiful double-sided gas fireplace separates the dining and living areas.
The open kitchen & living room face a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck, pool, and fenced-in garden.

The home is set on a private 1/2 acre off of a quiet street. It is only .5 miles from the shore and 12 minutes from the area's nicest beach, Ponquogue Beach.
Hampton Bays is close to both the gorgeous beaches and dunes of Hampton Bays / East Quogue / Quogues and the villages/beaches of Southhampton and Bridgehampton.
