“We only stayed one night, more like 12 hours and it was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us, the bed and pull out couch were comfy. It had everything we needed and just .8miles from all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful.”

“My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This location is superb, just a few blocks from the beach. Reasons I got this place 1) price 2) washer/dryer and 3) location. As a traveling mom with kiddos, was psyched about the washer and dryer, it wasn't available and hate to say it, I was a little bummed. Only other thing that was bothersome were the blinds, most of them are broken, had to hang a towel in the door to cover that window. Other than that for the price and location, it was perfect. Thanks!”

“Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week……

“The property was clean, well stocked with paper goods, soap, etc. and check in was simple. Having a full size refrigerator is a bonus. A/C worked great and the bed was comfy. The dedicated off street parking spot is a definite plus. The location at the north end of the Boardwalk is perfect, everything is walkable. The property was just the right size for the two of us but would be workable for 4 people. We plan to be back.”

“My husband and I were very comfortable here. The bedroom is spacious and there is a lot of closet and drawer space. The kitchen provides some amenities so cooking is possible but if you'd rather not, many restaurants are within walking distance. I appreciated the easy interaction with our host as well. We visited on an off-season time period so it was quiet. I can't speak to summer time noises on the street.”

“The property was exactly as described. I loved having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening looking at the beach. It was my favorite spot. My husband and I walked either the boardwalk or the beach every day. We both loved the stay. We plan to go back!”
