- The Surf building located at the top of Hampton Beach Boardwalk has expansive ocean views; built in 2015 it is appointed with modern amenities. This Surf unit is located on the 4th floor and is called "Surf View".
Surf View: Sleeps 4, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a queen sized sleeper in living room. Open concept living area, full kitchen, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. Granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Two TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit. Elevator Access. One dedicated parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot.

4th floor expansive ocean views & quieter than lower levels.
Linens and bath towels provided.
K-cup coffee selection
Heavy light blocking custom drapes in the living area to block moon or sunlight light.
