“The hotel is located on a small, quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. We traveled as a family and booked a two-bedroom suite for a few days. The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us and included a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. We arrived late on the night of December 23, and the night staff was extremely helpful—assisting us with our luggage and even helping us order food. “It is a nice charming small hotel located inside the backpacker street. It is within walking distance to everything and very convenient. I have booked the cheapest room but the room is in good condition and quite spacious. Service is very good especially the receptionist (a local guy sorry I forgot his name) but he always greeted me when I had my breakfast. Breakfast was very good too with all the fresh fruit with a choice of eggs or beef pho. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back……

“It's a pleasant stay. I was there for 3 nights. The staff were able to provide timely support and assistance. They were really helpful and friendly. The location is quite near to the old town and the lake. The room was in general clean. There's little room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathrooms, but just a little. There's slight odour.”
