Hanoi Hang Gai Street Hotels

"I think this hotel is far from being a 3-star hotel. The pictures on Expedia look a LOT better than the actual condition of the rooms. My room looked pretty beaten up, and the room was never super clean. I have stayed in 2-star hotels that are in way better condition than this one. The breakfast was also not great compared to other places. I also pretty much got robbed by the laundry prices (in other hotels in Vietnam, they were charging approx. 60k per kg. I paid approximately 500k for less than 3kg). Wifi would also stop working randomly. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positives for me were the location and the staff who are all really nice."

I especially loved the spa and ended up going every day—it was amazing and a perfect way to relax. The gym was also great and well maintained.
