「The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication」

「Nice room. Property was new. Very clean. Nice amenities, but no microwave in room. Great size TV (had Netflix). Bathroom was great. Nice shower, great water pressure, blue tooth mirror, but no grab bars. Close to airport. Airport shuttle is an Uber (fyi). Pet peeve, no luggage stands.」

「Wonderful, quaint, historic hotel with lots of charm. The only downside was the breakfast situation—while the nearby restaurant sounded great, the wait time after ordering was so long that we ended up going elsewhere the second morning. It wasn’t a big issue for us, though, and we would definitely stay again」

「I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Our room was perfect size for us, super comfortable and cozy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. They also offer valet parking, which was such a nice and convenient touch. 「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many...
