Location not so nice, it's in a very small lane, not accessible to cars, however the hotel is close by to the main road. Good hotel to stay if you have to visit national convention center.

这样的酒店我不会再去第二次！

网站上的酒店照片看着挺漂亮，实际上非常一般，酒店在一个很窄的小巷子里，车子都开不进去，周围环境很差。我在河内要住两晚，原来打算先定一晚，如果酒店好就再续订一晚，结果第二天我果断换了酒店，不仅是因为环境差，更主要的是因为酒店主人太不厚道。我的飞机是凌晨到河内，我特意通过网站客服跟酒店沟通预定接机和提前入住的问题，当时酒店给我的回复是会安排接机，没有说不能提前入住。结果当我们全家凌晨抵达酒店，大门是上锁的，酒店内一个看夜的起床开了门，找来了接待，接待说不能提前入住，说给我们发过邮件了，我查邮箱才知道，他们后来发邮件的时候我们已经收拾行装上路，根本没有看见。明明我们定的房间空着，店主却告诉我们说已经客满，让我们另外支付双倍的钱住另外两个小房间，不然就赶出去。我们请求在酒店大堂休息几小时，等待可以入住，店主很粗暴的拒绝，并赶我们出去，说如果我们不出去就叫警察。结果我们三更半夜被赶出这家酒店，只能临时到附近找个地方休息。这家酒店店主无非是想用这种非人道的方式逼迫我们多付钱，这样的酒店我不会再去第二次！

ホテルの位置がわかりにくく、ホテルの入り口までタクシーで来ることができない。ホテルがある位置はハノイでも外国人が少ない地域なのかほとんど見なかった。ローカルを楽しみたい人にはオススメ。また、5日間滞在したがベッドメイキングは無し。シャワーも熱いお湯が出る日もあればぬるい日もあり冬は少し大変かもしれない。寝るだけで値段重視の人は問題ないと思う。ホテルの従業員の対応は良かった。航空券のコピーが必要になったとき頼んだらすぐに対応して下さった。

I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. The room was beyond what i expected for that cheap price. There's only one problem that the hotel is hard to find because it's in the alley.Beside that everything else is great!

○良い点 ・ホテルが路地の奥にありタクシーでは入れないが、（タクシー運転手にお願いし）電話すると大通りまで迎えにきてくださった。 ・Googleマップ,iPhoneのマップ共にマップ上でホテルを確認できる。 ・最終日も観光に行き、チェックアウト時間（12時）を1時間半過ぎてしまったが快く対応してくださった。 ・ベトナムということもあり宿泊料金が安い ○悪い点 ・1日目、ルームキー（カード式）を何も言わずフロントに預け、夜戻ったが清掃がされていなかった。＊フロントに使えると急いで清掃してくださった ・部屋の隅や壁沿いなど、部屋のいたるところで小さな蟻が沢山確認された。 お風呂にあったシャンプー,ボディソープの袋がかなり硬くなかなか開けられなかった。 ○その他 ・ベトナムならではかもしれないが、トイレ,洗面所,シャワーが仕切りもなく横並びだった。 ・日本とは違い冷蔵庫内の飲み物は有料 ＊ビール,コーラ,水などが入っていた ・スリッパやヒーター、洋服ダンスにはハンガーが4本（少なめ）、コップ2つ、ポット、椅子2つ、TV、異臭もなく快適に利用できるエアコン、クッション2つ、スリッパ2つ、電源2箇所など2人で宿泊したが不便なく過ごせる備品が揃っていた。

Beyond expectation

Very friendly staffs , alway smile. Room is comfortable and clean. There was not so many choices for breakfast but they are delicious , also the restaurant view is very nice. Definitely comeback.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful and kind. Also price was very reasonable. The room was big and comftable for 2 adults and 2 small Kids. I didn't like the cigarrette butts on our bathroom window which were never cleaned and that we didn't get coffee bags every day. The breakfast was poor. Location is a problem since all tours pick up from old quarter. But the area around the hotel is intersting.

Staff exceptional, breakfast delicious, rooms clean and comfortable. And the little Alleys surrounding it full of produce,the lake in the middle. This place is a real treasure in Vietnam. Definitely coming back!

Location not too bad

I honestly don’t think it was clean, no windows to the outside, one into the stair well though, where music was playing all hours of the day and night, and it’s echoey..... so as well you can hear the lift, when it doesn’t even stop on your floor because of the “flow” of noise throughout the whole building. Breakfast I thought was ok, opted for noodles with beef, I had an egg sandwich type thing on my first night. No separate shower, a wet room as it’s called.

First impression is a big smile from the staff. They were so helpful and made my stay fantastic though I stayed for only 1 day. The room was tidy and clean with all the thing I need.. Breakfast was also good and the view from there is excellent especially at night time. Overall, the hotel was really nice and I will definitely come back.

Accueil indifférent malgré un bon niveau d'anglais pour un seul employé très à l'écoute...Si vous êtes au 7ème étage attendez vous à être réveillé de bonne heure par le téléphone du restaurant (car il faut réserver le petit déjeuner en appelant la réception qui appelle ensuite le restaurant au 8ème ) et par les clients peuvent discrets qui montent les marches comme des éléphant....Eau payante et non gratuite comme dit dans le descriptif....Chambre très petite qui aurait besoin d'être redécorée....Une fenêtre sur intérieur....Wi-Fi très insuffisant....Salle minuscule et qui refoule la mort....Chaînes vietnamiennes uniquement....Lampe cassée. ...Une seule prise pour un couple et ce loin du lit c'est assez médiocre....Proximité d'un Circle K et pour ceux qui marchent d'un Big C à un km....Bus 50 (35 minutes à une heure selon la circulation ) pour le centre ville toutes les 15 minutes sur la grosse artère pour 7000 dongs sinon taxi pour entre 100 et 150 000 dongs selon vos talents de négociation... Très bonne baguette à l'omelette mais épicée
