Feb stay

Hotel is very convenient, being approx 5 to 10 mins to Dong Xuan Market and being at a major junction. The receptionist is very friendly and greet us everytime we went in and out. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was good, the Manager and staffs is fast, friendly and attentive. I booked the deluxe room with Balcony. Strongly suggest to book this room although it would be nice if it comes with a bathtub. Overall, the hotel is value for money and would definitely stay again if I was in Hanoi.

朝食の卵料理とフォーをその場で作ってもらえるサービスはたいへんいいですね。ホテルの前はスクランブル交差点なので一晩中クラクションの音がしていました。ホテルでの外貨両替はおすすめしません。コインランドリーはないので、洗濯はまめにした方がいいです。ウォシュレットはありませんので、ウェットティッシュ持参をおすすめします。部屋にインスタントコーヒーや紅茶、スナック菓子がありますが、全て有料です。近くにコンビニエンスストアがありますからペットボトルの水やポカリスエット、スティックコーヒー、お菓子類は買って持ち込みをおすすめします。

Hotel with nice & clean rooms, very good service!

Very nice Hotel. Clean rooms, excellent service in the reception. Only minus was the restaurant, it seemed a bit too small for the size of the hotel. It was very crowded during the rush hour, i.e. 7.30-8.30, when most of the people need to go there before heading to see the sights. Many items were running out at the same time and one had to wait to find a place to sit down. Otherwise nice, good breakfast.

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。交通量の多い側の部屋だったので朝はクラクションの音で目覚めてしまいました。オーバーブッキングなのか1日だけ違うホテルに泊まってくれとなり残念でした。

GW中に３泊利用しました。 高級ホテルのような広いエントランスと日本人が好きなバスタブ、娯楽施設や土産販売こそありませんが、それ以外はまったく遜色ない滞在にはいいホテルです。 枕を選べ、広い快適なベッドがあり、wifiも問題なく接続できます。 様々な国からの観光客が宿泊しています。 テレビには日本の代表的な民放局のものも入ります。 フロント、食堂のスタッフはフレンドリーです。

観光拠点に良いところ

周辺の旧市街で行われていたナイトマーケットは面白い。土産を買うのに利用した。またロンビエン橋の近くで夕日の写真がよく撮れた。近くにタンロン遺跡、ハノイホーチミン廟も近く観光には利便性が良いところです。

仕事で2泊しました。従業員の対応がとても良いです。WiFiが繋がりにくいことがあり、改善されると良いですが、これは瞬停が頻発しているからかもしれません。全体としてはコストパフォーマンスの点から満足度の高いホテルでした。
