“This was a lovely, family-run Inn. The room was incredibly cozy and the two restaurants on the property were wonderful. Staff was accommodating and kind. This property is a gem!”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“The hotel itself is great. The surrounding area is a little concerning. Not going to put blame on the hotel BUT there is a LARGE unhoused community behind the hotel. This is a city/government issue: lack of jobs, resources, housing, education, and etc.”

“King Deluxe smoking room. Bar was closed. Pool closed. Spa closed. A/c didn’t work first night. Called front desk numerous times, no response. No luggage carts available. No vending on upper floors. The open food place ran out of food. Old mattresses, where you could visually see the foot area about 4-6 inches above head area on bed. No microwave. At Rook’s the only place to get alcohol there the line was very long. Finally got to bar tender, older male with glasses, I said seems busy today.……

“The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.”

“Room was not clean!!! Also, I put food in a plastic bag in the fridge and it smelled like beer which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly!!!!”

“This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. The room was fairly clean except some dust behind the lamp on the night stand and crumbs on the headboard behind the mattress. We checked out a day early due to being affected by the smoke smell. We did not complain right away due to being tired from a long drive and being limited funds and not wanting to find a……

“Good staff, rooms smelled clean like walking into a hospital, pool was good temperature good for the kids, showers upgraded to walk ins and breakfast was very good compared to others.”

“Very nice hotel and casino. Lots of variety of restaurants in the casino, only thing that disappointed me with the restaurants, they close all restaurants down by 10 pm. Rooms very nice and clean but we had 3 people staying in the room and only 2 coffee pods, we asked for more and they only brought up 2 more pods. All the staff was very nice through out the whole place”
