“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this……

“We rented two rooms. One was ok just smelled old and musty. The other room had hair on the shower walls, the shower took forever to drain, the sheets had stains on them and the wash cloth had black stains on it. We stayed two nights. No one ever brought us new linen. We had one adult and two kids booked in each room. We were given two towels for the whole stay. While swimming we asked for pool towels and were given two. The lady said she would bring more but never did. We had to keep going to……

“Great staff the young lady at the the desk on 1st shift was very helpful and welcoming with a great energetic attitude! Something you don't get from many places these days ... The room was also very clean and had warm welcome as well. The pools were excellent which they have a indoor an a outdoor pool with a hot tub. Vending machines could have been better but they worked an was stalked. All around a very great place to stay an the Back street cafe was awesome to which is a little cozy……

“The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel. The owners were very friendly, helpful and visibly worked very hard daily to clean and maintain the property. Very helpful and definitely a family affair! Our room was clean, the double beds were very comfortable, and plenty of room for our dog kennels to be set up for our stay. Lots of……

“I drove 15 hors to find out that my room had been cancelled 2 days before I booked it. Was told it was not their problem. I got an e-mail 1 day before asking me to confirm arrival time. Nice to find when you are attending a Bourbon Festival. I would not recement this place anyone. ”
