「The staff, in person, was very nice. Over the phone, not so much. The elevators are a mess: one doesn't work at all, the other oneust be pushed in the exact right spot lower left corner to reach the lobby. Still, it is tempermental. I ended up stuck in the elevator 2x for a minute after repeatedly pushing where I was told to do. The hot water went out on Sunday night. 「The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

「We love the Brown! Super friendly and helpful staff. We went for our anniversary and felt like we were celebrated all weekend! We really enjoyed talking to the waiters, waitresses, valets, and bartenders. Clean, beautiful hotel with lots of hangout spots for our group as well!」

「This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.」

They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!」
