"Absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were clean and perfect for our stay, the shower was actually so hot compared to most and it never cooled down or lost pressure, amazing. The staff were excellent, so friendly and sweet and gave me so much information about town and the beach itself. The view was excellent for being a partial, you are so close! The cafe was amazing, we had belgian waffles which were a 10/10, sausage egg and cheese muffins which were alsl 10/10 and the home fries were both cripsy and the right amount of soft. I will definitely be staying again in the future! "

"Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room."

"Host was Great. It didn't look like anyone cleaned and that was my only bumig negative, especially when you consider this is a pet friendly space.. Plenty of space with 3rooms, but the beds were not at all comfortable. The porch was a really nice quiet outside space and much appreciated."

"This space was everything I wanted. Located right on the water, very clean (which I value highly), comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication from my host as well. Naturally most everything was closed at this time of year, but that wasn't on my agenda. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable worked just fine for me. The sunrises were magnificent!!"

"We were hoping for a weekend getaway offseason just to relax and have some quiet, but this was one of the worst nights I've ever had with my kids crying, everyone freezing and ending up sick. We left 1st thing in the morning and booked a hotel for the rest of our trip. After 2 weeks of continuous contact with the host, we still have not been reimbursed.There was no heat, no hot water, a rotting pizza in the oven, dirt and debris on the floors (socks, fruit pouch, wrappers, hair, etc), sand in the sheets, stains/hair/dirt on the bedding, miscellaneous substances on the walls, open closets filled with miscellaneous junk, and broken banisters on the deck. It is clear that the host is not actually involved and relying on their "team", who aren't actually invested in the quality of stay. I would be surprised if anyone did a walkthrough after the last guest.Despite being near freezing, the window was left open without a screen so the apartment was freezing. We shut the window and realized that the heat wasn't kicking on even though it was only 52F, but felt colder. Shortly after shutting the window an awful smell filled the apartment, which we traced back to the oven, which had a rotting pizza in it. The kids wanted to warm up with a hot shower and found that the hot water didn't work either. We notified the host and they said they would have their team address it. This never happened and we spent the night freezing in a filthy house, waking up sick and exhausted."
