「The property is conveniently located in an ideal location centrally to many walkable attractions. It is on one of the most beautiful streets in the historic area. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The courtyard was a relaxing retreat throughout the day. 「Perfect location, terrible property. The historic nature of it is cool, but still disappointed by what we experienced here. Staff was decent, Mack the night attendant was the best. The chef who won them a couple Michelin Plates (stars for hotels) is no longer employed here, and they no longer offer dinner service at all. This is NOT a 5 star hotel for those who have stayed in one before. When I brought up our experience to the manager, he said “Well, we are not a self professed 5 star hotel”....
