“We stayed at East Bay Inn April 2026. Entering our Deluxe King room, we discovered dozens of pet feces stains on the carpet that weren't properly cleaned. We requested another room, but they could only do that by having us change rooms on the next day or the following day. As we intended to be out walking the Historic District, both days, this wasn't an option. They offered to spot clean the carpet, but there were stains about every 2 feet all the way around the bed, so the entire carpet……

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“The building is beautiful and very charming. The room we stayed is very spacious and it was for the most part well maintained considering that is an old building. The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. Fully open was just luck warming and even after waiting more than the 5 min they asked (15 min). I asked the staff to change the water heater temperature as plumber, I knew what I was asking. It……
