1. 温德姆君悦巴巴多斯萨姆洛兹城堡度假村

Harrismith

“I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the markets and conveniently located near one of the palaces, which made exploring the area very easy. Unfortunately, the room and the way the hotel handled the issues really impacted my stay. The first room I was given had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom. The front desk contacted maintenance, and I was told the issue had been fixed, but the smell was still there. They eventually moved me to another room……

“When I first arrived at the resort I loved all the greenery - the trees it felt like a tropical escape. My room was amazing a junior suite with views of the ocean and inland Barbados. The one glitch was the A/C wasn’t working. I requested a new room and was moved to another building closer to pools and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cool. Everyone I met was polite accommodating and happy to help. I definitely recommend a stay at the Crane if you are looking for a relaxing spot……

“The staff made me feel like I was coming home and seeing family. I came alone to celebrate my 40th birthday, but they made me feel less alone & even left me a birthday note in my room. Everyone there takes pride in their work and it shows. The food and drinks were top notch! The water views and pool were so relaxing. The location is perfect too, especially as a first time visitor. I’m already planning my next trip to return there.”

“Where do I start. Positive side upon my arrival the Security Guard on staff 9/26 was very helpful. Waiter Rsashawn and Tyrel were very pleasant and gave off positive vibes. I was sad when they left and weren’t returning while I was there. The room was pleasant. The location is great if visiting the Friday night fish fry. The downside- the staff were rude. The older lady in the dining area (black glasses) was very rude. I had a paper that said breakfast was over at 10:30 I arrived at 10:15 and……
