“The room was clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook and enjoy a meal. The ac was cold. The staff were kind and efficient. The front desk lady (African American) that worked 12-1am 14th was very helpful and efficient. The property is near a gas station, plaza, Winn Dixie, Starbucks and restaurants all in walking distance which makes which makes this location great for solo travelers or families.”

“Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. ”

“Every thing was good! The receptionist was very friendly. We booked a family room for two nights, but arrived early and wanted to store our luggage before checking in at 4 p.m. However, the receptionist arranged a room for us at noon, allowing us to have a good rest. Thank you very much 🙏”

“ two people that were checking in went inside the house without knowing their room and went inside the room. My girlfriend is in. I went to go get food and she had no clothes on. I want you to tell the people that next time they have to wait until they get their room before walking into anybody's room. The code you gave them was the code to our room.”

“We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.”
