Positive - Heat/Air works , Internet/TV , Hot/cold works. Negatives - Staff was absolutely horrible and not helpful at all. I saw 2 roaches crawl from the hallway to my room, the housekeeping may be the worst I’ve ever experienced. You don’t get clean towels or rags unless you ask front desk and you still may have to wait hours. I’ve paid for a deluxe patio and jacuzzi; the jacuzzi didn’t have a stopper so I couldnt use it. The patio was dirty and the building is falling apart not to mention they have photos of a pool and it’s yellow taped off. So I paid for all the amenities that I never experienced and didn’t know it was unavailable until we got there it was pure false advertisement.
