Resort needs some TLC and maintenance…

I work overnight and was in the process of moving so needed a place to sleep when I got off work. The room was satisfactory and durable to get rest after my 10hr shift. However, the hotel grounds were not kept clean, herb smoking was smelled throughout the hotel daily, and elevators worked occasionally. They should waive the additional $135 resort fee because this place is not a resort.

bad room conditions, bad clean sorrounded area, lot of marihuana smell, bad option but if you can't find another place to stay is good, the distance to the beaches is good. I paid for an extra night but the front desk didn't register, so the took my stuffs out the room...and they didn't even give me and my family a discount for the bad time.

This hotel is super drity

This hotel was super old, dirty. I had the worst experience. The room was super dirty, there was not enough pillows and there was no blankets, no hair dryer, iron. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Renovation NEEDED ASAP!!!

Years ago this was El Palacio to come back in my hometown and see how run down this places let's me know that whoever now is managing this property could careless. Thank God I booked through a third party for 27 a night because it's not worth more. Could use A LOT of renovation as there are several holes, cracks, terrible decor with the exception of the lobby couch furniture. From the outside looking in this hotel looks abandon. Honestly the condition of the room is old and run down but it was cleaned very nicely with no bad odor. Staff was friendly and no disturbances. Long story short this would always be my last resort if I needed to stay somewhere.

The rooms are so disgusting. They are not fit for anyone to stay in. The bed sheets are were covered in pubic hair and nasty stains. The curtains are barely hanging on. The floors are so dirty they dont look likethey have ever been cleaned. Checked in and then checked right back out.
