"If I can give this place a lower star, I would starting off the bat we need to change the pictures, some of the review that are good are ppl to probably are moving thru staying one night. because it is nothing as what you see when you try to book this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere very sketchy area trucking highway, the hotels under construction, and even the construction or the areas that are done. Still need to be worked on. We got our first room. There were dead bugs that look like bedbugs. Some where still moving, They changed us to a different room, the new room that we went to was OK only reason why we stood was because every other hotel around us was fully booked. We did not have a phone in our room so that we will be able to call front Desk. We asked if we can speak to the manager. They said the manager wasn’t in until Monday. They gave us a phone number. Phone number does not work so yeah if I was you, I would not be booking at this hotel. "

"Very nice place. The only complaint I would have is if there is someone staying downstairs you can hear and smell everything they do. Close to plenty of restaurants and stores. "

"Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location."

"Natasha was fantastic and the woman that cooked the food did a great job. It needs to be updated again, but the ambiance was wonderful. "

"The home was exactly as pictured! Comfortable bed and home was very clean and fully stocked with all we needed."

"Has all new appliances, LVP flooring, very clean ans modern. Nice yard for our dog but if you have a little dog make sure to watch it outside (we do see a coyote) smelling our dogs scent. Dale and unit were perfect for our stay, we do drive into city most days. Ate at recommended bbq!"

"Just a wonderful home for three generations to relax, visit, and play. The kitchen was an inviting hangout from morning coffee to dinner and dessert. A 10-minute drive to a Royals game was a nice bonus."
