「Lovely property good location 」

「Staying at James’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. James was a fantastic host: super responsive, friendly, and gave great local recommendations that really made our trip special.The location was perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Thanks again, James – we’ll definitely be back!」

「A wonderful property. Secluded area, but still close to everything. The property was very clean and exactly as you see on the photos. In fact the photos don’t do the place justice. Would absolutely stay again. Would be great to stay in the summer and fire up the BBQ. Unfortunately we stayed mid October and it was a little wet!」

「Hunts Farm Cottage is quaint, warm, cosy and we didn’t want to leave.It’s blissfully peaceful with a big garden and the cottage itself has so much character we all fell in love and didn’t want to leave.It was our temporary home for the week bridging the gap to our new home.We would definitely love to visit again 」

「We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle.」

「The property has beautiful aesthetics however there were some issues with the rental. Firstly, the carpets had dirty black stains and were not clean. Secondly, the seat covers on the dining room chairs were stained. Thirdly the second bathroom didn't have enough hot water. Overall this was not a good value for the money!」

「Great Location for staff at Henley, however few teething problems including lack of hot water in shower upstairs and boiling hot downstairs. Landlord couldn’t fix problem so offered a refund but didn’t help our staff who needed to shower after a busy day at work.」

「Great stay! We used this as a home base to work remotely. Great wifi, great bedrooms. Wish it was more of a vacation as we would have made more use of the river out back. 」
