“Excellent team including Mandy on reception who explained we’d booked a room in The Grange (separate building), when we asked she offered an upgrade for a small extra fee, to the main house and showed us her favourite room (gorgeous view of park & ducks behind). Sanya in the restaurant was excellent- food was superb too. Advil at breakfast was great. Lovely comfortable room. Very happy. Thanks team! ”

“We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in……

“This hotel is always welcoming. I like the peace of the location and the absence of the big chain feel. Staff are like family and hotel has character. This stay over Xmas was enjoyable and provided a good base for family visits. Breakfast is legendary and a great start to the day. ( I have one breakfast credit I will be back to claim 😊) Bed was comfortable and shower was good those are the big asks. It has a small bar area that is quaint. The only improvement would be some type of evening……

“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……
