"Nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor. El bien tiene todas las condiciones para ofrecer una mejor experiencia, sin embargo no fue así. Enojados desatentos, falta de amabilidad y en muchas área insuficiente. Durante el almuerzo o cena durábamos hasta una hora esperando un vaso de agua o simplemente tenedores para poder comer. En el comedor los empleados andaban con pedidos sin saber què hacer, mientas esperábamos que nos atendieran. La animación del hotel no es que sea mala, es que no existe. Luego de cenar por ejemplo, no hay mucho que hacer más que ir a dormir."

"After returning home and reflecting on my stay, I can honestly say this was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the issues started. Our room was not up to standard, and we immediately had repeated problems with the room keys not working. We had to call staff multiple times just to access our room. Eventually we were moved, but this should never have happened at a resort charging premium prices. The room conditions and cleanliness were also unacceptable. During our stay, we found a live cockroach in our room. That alone is something no guest should ever experience, especially at a resort that promotes itself as high end. Dining was another major frustration. We were never informed at check-in that we were only allowed two restaurant reservations for a four-night stay. That lack of communication forced us to rely heavily on the buffet, which quickly became repetitive and limited. The pool situation was just as bad. Chairs were reserved early with towels and left empty for hours. Guests who actually wanted to relax had nowhere to sit. What made everything worse was the response from guest services. I explained all of these issues in detail, and the only compensation offered was a small bag of coffee. After everything we experienced, it felt dismissive and insulting. For the amount of money spent, this resort did not deliver the quality, service, or standards it advertises. I would not return or recommend it."
