Good Location with Some House Con’s

Good location. House was clean and in overall good condition. Great fit for two couples and some children. Great ocean views. Updated living room furniture was a plus! The bad: Mattresses, Mattresses, Mattresses- the mattresses desperately need to be replaced and are thin with noisy lumpy springs. Our visit lacked the advertised hot tub, however Surf or Sound did convey prior to our finalizing. Internet was disconnected and took a couple days for owner to have reconnected with ISP. No TV Service (only internet streaming available on TV’s). Bath towels and wash cloths were thin and I would recommend owner upgrade those items. Closing, Surf or Sound Realty was great at communication and aided in addressing the lack of internet. Good location and potential to be a great stay if Mattresses are replaced and upgraded.
