This rental needs lots of tlc and repairs.
This could be a really nice rental but it needs lots of TLC and repairs. All the appliances need replaced. The glass on the cook top is broken and sharp. The dryer lint filter is falling into the back of the dryer and it takes 2 times of drying to get clothes dry. The light on the microwave does not work. The carpet in the bedroom and livingroom is nasty dirty. The sliding glass door blinds are dirty too. When we first walked in we were hit by the stink of a terrible musty odor coming from the bedroom. They did have a dehumidifier but it was not running. We ran it 24-7 while there and had to dump water 4 times a day. That plus two Glade plug ins later we were able to stand the smell. A lady from down the hall said she had cockroaches in her condo. On the positive side, it is a good location. It has pretty water views of the bay. The deck is nice. The ocean is just across the street, but you have to climb over huge dunes to get there and the water was so rough we could not swim there. It could be a nice condo but it really needs a good cleaning and they need to rip out the dirty carpeting!
