  • The property is located at one mile away from the beach and less than a 1/2 mile from 4 top restaurants in Hatteras village and marinas.

    Queen bed to include full bath/shower combo. This bath also connects to hallway/ common area.
    Elevated home plan offers full kitchen, living and dining. Nice roomy deck off back of home. Under house is all concrete and offers shade and a place to relax with chairs and picnic table. Room to park underneath, out front and on side of home.

Comfy & convenient

Everyone wants a beachfront house, as did we. None were available so we chose to be close to the village and were very pleased. The house was extremely clean and newly built. All amenities worked perfectly and we walked to everything but the beach. The manager responded immediately to our texts and calls and provided advice on fishing and other matters. All-in-all, it was a wonderful vacation.
