“Very clean hotel, staff was always pleasant and helpful. Wish the pool was better but great location next to the London Bridge.”

“Budget rate hotel, and they do allow pets. We checked in very late 12:30 am, we found our restroom to be used, and not clean, the blow dryer had been removed from wall and missing, floors were dirty and left your feet black. The AC was not blowing cold air and room was 80 degrees, the TV would not work. After several calls to front desk the changed our room, and these issues were resolved in other room. Staff was very helpfull in making the change.”

“My wife found cockroach in our room. The sink would not drain and filled up. Knobs on the shower tub, combo was very confusing one didn’t work. Floor wasn’t that cleaned. Sheets on the bed separated. The plastic on the bed was ripped. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.”
