In a residential neighborhood, very friendly atmosphere and pleasant area to walk around. Pahoa is a quiet town, has a nice new grocery market and a few fun places to go out to eat or drink. 「We had a tournament in Hilo so we decided to stay at another location close to Hilo since we’ve recently stayed in Hilo. The location was great! 2-3 minute mile ride to wonderful beach views. The house was big and spacious! Every room had its own private full bath and balcony! The amenities were great, from the game room to the snorkel gear to the bikes provided! There was a Sunday market no more than 8 minutes away that was great! All in all if I come back to the big island I’m staying here...

「From the first day we booked to the day that we left, we received almost immediate responses to every question we asked. As usual, there were a couple of arrival difficulties, but the host quickly took care of those. The house is beautiful. We were able to walk to the point and watch the waves and even some whales. They also made great suggestions about restaurants and supermarkets in the area.」
